Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons or sales, processing times may extend by 1-2 additional business days.

2. Shipping Options and Charges

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Charges are Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 2000.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders above Rs. 4000.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days at Rs. 150 (subject to availability).

3. Delivery Timeframes

Metro Cities: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates andmay vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes,or courier service delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.

You can track your order in real time using the provided tracking number.

5. International Shipping (IfApplicable)

We are currently not offering international shipping. Visit this page again to check the updates.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

7. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as the shipping process begins.
